§1. Introduction

The hereby regulation (hereinafter called: Regulation; or Contract) is a legally binding agreement between Messe & Event Börse (hereinafter referred to as: Operator) and the beneficiary of the Services (hereinafter referred to as Beneficiary, Contractor, Customer) that has to be respected by both parties. The condition of the registration to the Service is the full knowledge and acceptance of the Regulation. The use of the Service by unregistered Users is qualified as the acceptance of the hereby Regulation. The Privacy Statement regulates the management of the personal data of the Users. The latest version of the Regulation is available by clicking the link "Terms of use, Privacy Policy" located on the homepage of the Service. The Operator reserves the right to alter the hereby Regulation even retrospectively, without any separate notification or justification. The responsibility of the User is, to monitor the changes of the Regulation. After the alteration, the use of the Service implies the acceptance of the alteration of the Regulation.

The Service may be used exclusively within the framework of the current legislation and without violating the rights of third persons. The separate chapter titles serve reference and convenience purposes only.

§2. Registration

Within the framework set out in the hereby regulation, anyone who understands, accepts and complies to the hereby Regulation, the Laws and the Netiquette can become a registered user of the Service.

Without a registration, Users may only read the public content of the Service, but they cannot use for example the interactive services.

The Operator reserves the right to limit or to deny the access of a User to the Service, in case the respective User registers with inaccurate data or more than one time. In event of any change in the data given compulsorily during registration by the user, the User is obliged to specify the respective changes in his account. During registration, the user also has to choose a password and a username. To keep the different user passwords and accounts secret is entirely the responsibility of the given User. Users are also responsible for all the activities related to their account. Users are bound to inform the Operator immediately about any unauthorized use of their account, or any other activity that violates safety. The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by the unauthorized use of the user accounts or password, with or without the awareness of the Users. The user, at the same time, may be held responsible for damages caused to the operator or any third party by the unauthorized use of his or her own account or password. The registration process starts with the appropriate and complete filling in of the registration form of the service with factual data. After that, the User can activate his registration through the link sent by the Operator to his or her e- mail address or in some other way.

§3. Privacy Policy

The User must note that during registration the system automatically registers the personal data required for his or her identification (first name, last name, user name, password, e- mail address, IP address). The author provides for the administration of the data on the highest expectable level of safety. He will not hand them on, and will handle and use them only within the system of messe-event-borse.com

§4. Intellectual and Industrial Property rights of the Operator

In relation to the Service, any content or Service published by the Operator (including, among others, all the articles, photographs, graphics and other materials available within the Service, the layout , design, the editing principle of the Service, the software-related and other types of solutions, ideas, initiatives used during the operation of the Service) constitute the intellectual property of the Operator and cannot be used in any other way or exploited without the previous written authorization of the Operator, except for the reading, display on screen and the temporary multiplication involved by these, the saving on the hard disk and printing for personal, non- commercial purposes, that are implied by the normal use of the Service. The messe-event-borse.com is a domain name registered for the benefit of the Operator. The use of this name - including the names and expressions that are very similar to it- is possible only with the preliminary written authorization of the Operator, except for those cases, when reference is made to the name of the Service.

§5. Advertisements and other pages available from the pages of the Service

The Service also includes links to web pages operated by third persons. In case the Operator learns that the page linked by him or the link itself violates the rights of third persons or the current legislation, he will immediately remove the link. In addition, the Operator accepts no responsibility for the links used, or the content of the web pages that they refer to.

The Operator assumes no responsibility for the content of the ads that appear on the pages of the Service, and the paid political advertisements placed here do not reflect the view of the editorial staff or of the Operator.

§6. Bids

The employees acknowledge that the amount of their bid is equivalent with the grand total required for the accomplishment of the project. (For a certain project, no hourly rate or other types of bids can be submitted).

§7. The acceptance of the bid

With the acceptance of the bid, the Customer consents to the purchase, while the provider of the service (Contractor) agrees to produce the required product/ project and to hand it over to the Customer at the price specified by the making of the bid. Furthermore, they agree not to conclude such contract/ agreement that would be conflicting with the current Terms of Use.

§8. Legal statement

The operator of Messe Event Borse does not accept any responsibility for the closing of the agreement (contract) concluded between the Customers and the Contractors, respectively for the accomplishment of the assignment. Messe Event Borse does not guarantee the quality, safety and legality of the advertised services, the authenticity of the data, of the qualification and background of the members, the ability of the Contractors to really accomplish the given project, and that the Customer will actually pay the price of the given services.

§9. User content

For any content placed on the page by the user, that particular User might be held responsible. By uploading the content, the User accepts that the content placed by him or her (1) does not violate any copyright, trademark, business secret, personal right; (2) does not offend against the law; (3) is not obscene, does not have a pornographic content, is not defamatory, does not contain religious, ethnic and political expressions; (4) does not contain false or untrue statements about the User or a third person; (5) does not contain any virus or other programs meant to destroy, harm or to illegitimately attain some kind of system or data; (6) does not imply the advertisement of a webpage (Any links placed on the page in an bid, in the description of the project or in a discussion forum, has to be related to a given project.)

§10. Relation between Customers and Contractors

Customers may not disclose their name, the name of their company, their e- mail address, their phone number, their fax number, or any other data, that could reveal the identity of the user, in the description of the project submitted by them. In case one of the above-mentioned data is present, MEB is entitled to remove the project immediately, without any justification.

§11. Services

11.1. The announcement of the projects and the submission of the quotation for the projects are free of charge.

11.2. If the Customer and the Contractor have mutually accepted the bid of the announced project, MEB must send the complete data of both parties to both parties. Simultaneously with the sending of the data, MEB will issue the invoice containing the service charge, and send it to the Contractor as soon as possible.

11.3 The Contractor is obliged to establish contact with the Customer immediately after the receipt of the data.

11.4 MEB reserves the right to delete the unrealistically low or unrealistically high bids immediately - in order to preserve its reputation- without a justification.

§12. Inaccurate data or broken promises

12. In case of justified dissatisfaction, the User is entitled to report all infringements of lawful rights and all broken promises to MEB. In this way, the data of the party that violated the contract will get on the blacklist of the MEB.

12.2. In event of three justified and investigated complaints, the offending user will be deleted from our system without any justification.

12.3. In case of a project that received at least 5 bids, and the 14 day deadline has not yet expired, MRB will charge the party that backs out with 15 % of the highest bid, as a penalty.

§13. The amendment of the statement

The Operator reserves the right to modify the hereby privacy statement. In case of an alteration, the Operator will make the amended statement available on the homepage of the service, and this will come into force immediately after it has been made available.
