§1. After the receipt of the data, the Contracting company is bound to settle the issued invoice toward Messe & Event Börse, irrespectively whether the contract between the Contractor and the Beneficiary was concluded or not.

§2. The amount of the issued invoice is of 10 % of the accepted bid value.

§3. In case of a delay in payment - for the time of the delay- Messe & Event Börse may charge an interest for delay of 12 %!

§4. Until the settlement of the invoice, the data constitute the property of Messe & Event Börse, the Buyer- with criminal liability - may not alienate them, debit them, destroy them, and may not use them.

§5. The Contractor shall settle the equivalent of the provided services on basis of the invoice issued by Messe & Event Börse. Here, he takes notice of the following:

• After the accomplishment of the services and the receipt of the invoice, he may not condition its settling in any way.

• The buyer may only make objections concerning the invoice or the hereby terms until the expiry of the term of payment of the invoice, respectively, if the receipt of the invoice happened after this date, within further 3 working days from the receipt, in written form (in case of a reclamation concerning the invoice with the simultaneous return of the invoice)

§6. One may not enter a claim in relation to the invoice, or its settling may not be withheld, if the invoice corresponds to the legal regulations from the point of view of its form and that of its content, while from the point of view of its value is in accordance with the preliminary agreement. (Inaccuracies in wording can be rectified through a written declaration- that will be considered an attachment to the invoice-, this way, the Contractor cannot enter a complaint on this claim).

§7. In case of repeated or substantial delay in payment, Messe & Event Börse may deny further supply of the services, or it can provide it only in case of payment in advance or in cash.
